How long will it take to prepare order? All orders placed Monday-Saturday before 1 PM CST will receive a tracking #. All orders placed after will ship next day. Excluding Sunday, no orders will be shipped on Sundays.

Who do I contact for questions regarding my order? If you have any questions regarding an order placed please email us at info@therusticcloset.com

What do you use to ship? All orders are shipped through USPS with the exception of large/heavier orders who may ship through UPS. 

Can I track my order? Yes, all orders will receive a tracking # at time of fulfillment. That # will be emailed to you when the order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped out. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking # please email us at info@therusticcloset.com

What if I do not receive my package? If your package has been shipped and you have received a tracking # stating your item has been delivered, you will need to contact your local USPS office to find out what happened to your package. We are not responsible for any packages after they are scanned into the mail service.

Are my packages insured? You have the option for Route Shipping at checkout. It cost .99 for every $100 spent. That insures your packages 100%, wether it's been lost, stolen, or damaged.
